All members of the general public and any individual who has a concern regarding patient safety or quality of care are encouraged to contact the hospital administration for resolution at: (843) 374-6120. 

All members of the general public and any individual have the right to contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation Healthcare Facilities directly if they have a patient safety or quality of care concern that the hospital has not addressed.   You may send your complaint by e-mail, fax or mail at the below addresses:
