Code of Conduct

                       COMPLIANCE PROGRAM PURPOSE

 The goal of our Hospital’s Compliance Program is to maintain a culture within
the hospital that promotes prevention, detection and resolution of instances of
conduct that do not conform to federal and state laws, and federal, state and private
payer health care program requirements, as well as the Hospital’s ethical and
business policies.

We prepare and distribute the written Code of Conduct (which sets forth some of
the ethical principles and policies that form the basis of the Compliance Program);
we implement education addressing Compliance and the Code of Conduct, and
have implemented a retaliation-free internal reporting process.

 Violations, or suspected violations of laws and regulations, should be brought to
the attention of a supervisor, another member of management, or the Compliance
Officer.  A Compliance “Locked Box” is also provided as a means of reporting  in
an anonymous fashion.  The “Locked Box” is located in the hallway that leads to
Hospital Administration.
