At Lake City Community Hospital our Occupational Therapy Program will work with inpatients and outpatients to restore his/her prior functional level of independence regarding to:  Activities of Daily Living, Self-Care, Work Tasks and Sensory-Motor Dysfunction.  Our goal is for our patients to reach their maximum functional level, following an injury or life altering medical event, regardless of age.

 Some of the services provided by our team are:

• Traumatic brain injuries

• Strokes/CVA

• Burns

• Contractures of Joints

• Amputations of the Upper Extremity

• Upper Extremity Muscle Weakness

• Work Injury Management

• Back Injuries
